A rare case of pedunculated vulval angiomyofibroblastoma

A rare benign mesenchymal tumour that predominantly occurs in lower genital tract, more frequently vulvo vaginal areas of young to middle-aged women, rarely retroperitoneum. It needs be differentiated from other conditions like Gartner’s duct cyst, epithelial inclusion fibroepithelial polyps. grows slowly and is non tender, invasive, have least tendency for local recurrence. The histologic findings the tumors are abundant thin-walled blood vessels with hypocellular hypercellular areas. Almost all tumor cells immunoreactivity both desmin vimentin. also has estrogen and/or progesterone receptors, but staining cytokeratin negative. Here a case AMFB vulva occurring 62-year-old woman, involving left labia majora. patient described her mass grew over few years. dimension was measured as 18*12*4 cms. Excision biopsy done sent histopathology.
